Scorpio 0.3.0beta5 ready for download
Beta 5 is ready for immediate download. It contains largely minor fixes and a few tidy ups. This is hopefully the final beta before an initial release candidate for 0.3.0.

- + Updated default DAO template to named fields instead of SELECT *
- + Updated mvcSiteTools default config with additional notes
- + Updated doc block comments
- + Changed home controller to use caching around view
- + Added .fragment as an ouput type to mvcRequest
- + Added additional notes to the base/index.php file
