Scorpio 0.3.0beta4 ready for download

Beta 4 is ready for immediate download. This beta fixes a compile bug introduced with the useExtendedExceptionData systemLog update in beta3.

Beta 4 sees additional test cases for the auth system and several tests in the ftpClient. Unfortunately though, several tests for invalid email addresses have had to be removed as different versions of PHP are giving different responses.

Changes since 0.3.0beta3

• + Fixed a bug introduced with the new systemLog parameter
• + Added test cases for auth components
• + Added several tests for ftpClient
• + Fixed bugs in several test cases
• - Disabled several email validation tests as they are not reliable.
