0.1-beta released for download

This release is the first release of the Scorpio framework. It encompasses all the base files and generators to create web applications and more. This is a beta release and is expected to be buggy, but reasonably stable. It is actively being used to power this site and several other sites on the madagasgar.com domain.

With this release the following issues are already known:

• lack of internationalisation support (roadmapped)
• high dependency on Smarty within the mvcView layer (partially resolved in rev: 14)
• some issues with the siteEditor controller not correctly storing config options
  
• generator defaults to main libraries folder when building classes
• templates for generators reside within the main libraries folder
• setting up default sites is not very straight forward
• deployment in shared hosting without access to apache vhosts file can be tricky

As other issues are raised, they will be fixed.

The next big project is to have an international layer supported in both the internal objects and via the MVC system.
