Scorpio is a set of tools that can be used to develop web applications. It is written in PHP5 and uses many other components to provide a platform from which to build more complex systems.
Scorpio is availble under the BSD Licence, so you can use it in whatever projects you like - commercial or otherwise. If you do make use of it, a mention and link to the project site would be good.
You can get the latest HEAD version from the SubVersion repository.
